What are your issues? There is no “bad programming”, it works perfect for me, must be your hardware or your network which are your own problems.

Not even close, i have an open ticket. There are THOUSANDS who cannot play due to bad programming of this game. Nothing more.
60 / 70 fps with a I7 Extreme 920 and a HD radeon 4850 with 6 gig rams, game runs like charm.
Dont blame a studio for fault hardware / bad setup wathever.
My machine is from 2008 ^^, gl getting that refund.
My system is far stronger than yours. My old rig, similar to yours, runs gw2 ok. Gl pretending it isn’t a real problem for others!

Please do keep in mind that there is no way that they can code the software for every single hardware and environment configuration there is.
I’m amused at peoples impatience, “bad programming” while I admit the game does have its issues such as a certain black screen >>, all I have to say is if your whining about a refund due to bad programming then obviously you never played World of Warcraft when it first came out, that game was so bugged it hurt, and yet it soon became the giant that rocked our world --….
