why i got this msg i already got the HOT upgrade for 50$ 10 days ago
and in the gem store i can see Deluxe upgrade for 2400 gem

Because the game itself is not HoT yet. They simply added it in the screen but made it disabled until the expansion actually launches/there is a beta.
