why my account banned?

yesterday night i m in the game and play normally , after midnight game stopped and crashed with message about my account banned with error 45 . why? after i send one ticket to support . i didn’t make nothing wrong and hope someone can resolve the problem

Hello,

Can you try to login to your account? Usually it gives you a message about why you were suspended or terminated.

when i try to login in game i see this message"your guild wars 2 account has been terminated for a breach of the user agreement and/or rules of conduct. this action is permanent" with error code 45:6:3:2114 but i didn’t make nothing wrong . i dont know the reason about this block of account

Can you give us a screenshot? I also recommend you open a ticket straight away.

Hello Kodaj,

I see that you have sent a ticket quite quickly. That´s the right path to go as they are the ones who can help you effectively in resolving this issue. Just give them a little bit of time till they deal with your incidence.
