Call me crazy cuz i will say this, but i wanna test my theory about this lags and dcs, especially in this past 3-4 days. Usually i’ve seen that me and many other ppl got lags in evening. Now i wanna test like this, don’t enter for one day in LA, see if you get lags if you dont enter there, call me paranoid, but for me, the lags started after a short time after i entered LA. Usually now i get lags around this hours, like in the past few days, but seems i dont got any lags now. Try test and confirm if this theory is BS or it is true, for all or for some.

They aren’t, they are attacking others that share the same internet routing that GW2 uses.

And these attacks are causing issue for plenty of other online games, LoL, WoW, LOTRO, …ect. Its not just GW2 thats affected.
