A tip to others
Or you can make a shortcut of the Gw2.exe, name it as Guild Wars 2 Repair. Then right mouse click the shortcut and go to properties. A window will appear. Under the Shortcut tab, you can see something like this:
Target: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe”
Change that line to this:
Target: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -repair
Click OK and then run the shortcut.

repair doesn’t work sometimes.
Does not work for me, because it is not my side. My computer works fine. The only solution appears to be not to play Guild Wars 2.
