After this weeks WvW reset, something has happened.
The game has become almost unplayable for not just me but all the Aussies I know.
My ping has been sitting above 440 all week. Skill delay up the kitten , I can’t even jump into water as my skills will disappear from my bar for around 15 seconds. I finished lag-roaming to do a jumping puzzle which was even more funny…
I jumped through the waterfall, not taking any fall damage until I got to the first half of the key. It goes on to me sitting around for 2mins and 27 secs for my reward chest to finally open and give me loot.
The list goes on

is it only in wvw this is occurring?
did they add that overflow map to wvw?
what was your ping previously?
if it is only in wvw, there is probably nothing that can be done as it will be something arena net needs to fix.
you can try downloading tcp Optimizer and running that to see if it helps, but don’t expect much if it’s a server side issue.

I am really do not know whether its my ISP or the game itself. During peek hours its a mess, and I am talking about spvp/pve and wvw. Early in the morning latency seems just fine but around the evening things get very messy.

I will have check later today if it is only WvW. As I am only in a non-wvw map when I log into Lions Arch then port to WvW for the rest of the day, lol.

Same here. Aussie, tremendous lag in most areas of the game, with the krytan zones the worst. I don’t dare going into WvW like this.
Game is unplayable with an average of 4s lag on skill use. Lag started after Oct 29th patch.
With the amount of threads of people complaining, you’d of thought one ANet guy would respond. Well, sadly… it’s good to see it’s even more people lagging than I expected.
I’m in the same boat, I’ve been having a minute or two of lag, but it seems like it only happens in the evenings. It really sucks when I can’t play the game in the limited free time I have. I’ve submitted a ticket, but I only got the usual restart your computer and call your ISP line.
