Any pc spec improvements?

There is nothing to upgrade. Too bad you don’t have the 3770K (note the “K”) so you can overclock.

Oh dear. I’d firstly check if you have Anti-aliasing on the highest settings.
that might not be the issue but it’s worth the check I think.
Something is amiss. There is no way that rig should be getting that poor results. I have to question though……who buys a 2k rig without the knowledge of what you are asking? Something is not adding up here.
Just a thought as well but I noticed artificially low FPS rates when running in windowed mode too, I doubt it would give you such low FPS but it could be another issue to look at.

My thought was either someone bought it for them or they just went to some custom gaming site and ordered what they thought was fanciest looking. But yeah, there’s really nothing to upgrade on that rig at this point.

Non K Ivy and sandy bridge CPUS can overclock… just not by the multiplier method so OCing won’t get u beyond 4.2ghz, but it is still a nice bump from 3.6ghz
if you turn the number of players down, it should help a great deal. you might even be able to turn some of the other things back up a little bit.
You should be pretty high. What is your monitor resolution and how many monitors?
This an old post of mine but you should be higher than me in FPS
My build is with an ATI 5850 non reference model with 1GB of VRAM. 1080p Wide Monitor. CCC settings set to performance and GW2 settings mostly set to low. WVW culling set high, and LOD set medium.
In super, extra, large massive zerg battles, I dip into the 10-14 fps. In medium zerg battles, around 30-45 fps. Small battles, about 70 and up. Only using around 150+300 MB of VRAM.
I am using old AMD Drivers 11.x Worlds v Worlds is CPU heavy.
So either try adjusting Nvidia settings or a newer driver, or an older driver.

Have you tried setting reflections to off and vsync on? I’ve had similar issues and these helped me out.

Non K version intels can be overclocked aswell Im not telling you or guiding how but its possible to set clocks as high as 4ghz. Also Are you sure that your gpu is installed on the correct Pci-e slot? Also have you tried to disable SLI mode and run the game only one gpu enabled? Are you certain that you arent bound by any power limitations in windows power settings? (Performance/Balanced/Power Saving modes) Set it atleast to balanced.
