I was having fps drops when rotating the camera and looking around. So I exited Xfire restarted the game and it is gone, tested it a few times and it was all xfire. Anyone else have a problem with the client?

I had the exact same problem which prompted me to uninstall xfire. GW2 wasn’t the only game it had trouble with either. It may be related to Awesomium/xfire interaction which quite a few games are using nowadays.

i use crossfire i don’t have any problems i use two radeon hd 6770 one running at x16 and x4 i get 60 standing in the open world and 40 in big group cpu is amd fx 8320

hello. when I start to install the game it starts but after a few seconds it closes himself…
What can I do?

I noticed today that the game was running poorly. I’m using 2 7870s, so I shouldn’t have any problems. I think the patch today is causing a ton of technical problems. It doesn’t work well with Eyefinity anymore either, which is odd because it worked fine yesterday.

I believe the discussion is about the desktop gaming client called Xfire.

Wouldn’t be surprising though, Xfire has some really “weird” ways of hooking into games. I use Evolve though and can confirm it works fine.

sorry i got it mix up with cossfirex i have seen it shorten to xfire
