Guild Wars 2

Heyya all, I just upgraded my pc after about 5 years, I was wondering if I can play guild wars 2 maxxed nicely!

CPU: i7 3770 Ivy Bridge 3.4ghz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 670 GTX
RAM: 16 GBs
SSD: 120 GBS

Serious response. Yes you can play guild wars 2 on high end settings. Just OC your cpu to at least 4 ghz for better fps.

You can play GW2 without any problems if u OC that CPU to as close as 4.5ghz as u can. Its an Ivybridge so 4.5ghz on mid range air cooler may be out of reach due ot heat but 4.3ghz should be fine.

That would allow u to play WvW without ur fps droping to low. If u can get it to 4.4ghz or 4.5ghs i suspect 30 fps will be ur minimum in major wvw battles.

On stock though u will still see low FPS (sub 30) in large WvW battles.

… you still even need to ask? You have the latest tech but not highest because some of us have the higher end.

I built my friend the same spec except the GPU I sold him the HD 6970. He can run GW2 maxed ranging 40-60fps in PVE. 40 average in WvWvW
