Since the patch, I can’t change the A3/A4 skills on my level 23 engineer. I am stuck with what is there (Rocket turret and Rifle turret). I click the little arrow, I see all the utilities I have bought, but when I select a new one, they dont swap

Any idea how to fix it? I can change healing skill or A2 skill fine

Yeah, I have the same problem too. Meanwhile, a workaround is to change everything by using the first slot.

I think they’ve raised the level you unlock it. Just reached level 24 and it told me I had unlocked Utility Skill 2 and now I can switch skills in it as normal.

Slot 1 is unlocked at lvl 1
Slot 2 is unlocked at lvl 2
Slot 3 is unlocked at lvl 4
slot 4 is unlocked at lvl 7
slot 5 is unlocked at lvl 10
slot 6 is unlocked at lvl 1 (heal skill)
slot 7 is unlocked at lvl 13
slot 8 is unlocked at lvl 24
slot 9 is unlocked at lvl 35
slot 10 is unlocked at lvl 40 (elite skill)

Now it makes sense… the slots were previously unlocked, now they are locked but skills assigned there remained.

Yup. At least three confusing changes that weren’t flagged ahead of time:
- If you have skills in in slots you’re no longer “entitled to”, you’ll still see the slots, but you can’t change the skills.
- Skills that you may have already bought with Skill Points aren’t available, if you swap them off the bar, until Skill Points themselves become available once more (I have no idea whether they then “magically” become available again – haven’t got to that point yet).
- If you previously had a weapon-swap, you’ll keep it, but you can’t change it to a different weapon – and if you un-equip the one you have, you’ll lose the swap.
