Same to me, not able to logon. Everytime I tried to enter the Eternal Battleground it would kick me to white screen. After I restarted game I sent a few mails that were never received and sold a few things on the TP that I never received money for…. now I can’t even log on – something isin’t working today….

Not an issue with LA guys. Nor with tp’in and zoning. But these stuff may trigger the actual problem. My thief can’t log and I have not played it since yesterday. And it it is not in LA.
Before getting the errors I was doing AC story on my guard.

Starting at about noon I suddenly got booted on a jumping puzzle. Tried to log in and couldn’t. I could log in on another character so I tried switching back. Got the same error a couple times before I finally got in. The game had booted me back outside the puzzle and claimed I had never discovered it or completed it. So fairly annoyed that I had lost progress. So I tried zoning to LA for a fractal run a group was going to do. Instead every time I tried either zoning directly or just walking the whole way each time I tried to zone the game would crash and once again I would be given the error message for 5-10 min. Highly annoying and frustrating because you can’t play the game unless you stay in one zone right now.

It let me in after I reset my internet connection. Unsure if it actually did anything to help though.

Same problem with me, neither are in LA but they both can’t be played. Thief and Elementalist. Seems to be on every server seeing as how I am the first to post from Darkheaven

I was playing just fine when this happened. In the middle of a chest event when it started doing it and was able to get in for like 5min now I can’t login at all on any of my toons….. my server is Isle of Janthir

Can’t get into any of my characters now – it all started when I tried to map travel from Fields of Ruin to Lornar’s Pass on my ele. Now I can’t log in to any character.

try this guys open up your “cmd.exe” then type this:

“ipconfig /release” then press enter no quotes
“ipconfig /renew” then press enter no quotes
“ipconfig /flushdns” then press enter no quotes

I’m getting the error:
“Card Approval Failed: Please check your card details and try again. If you continue to get this message, please contact support.”
Is this due to what everyone’s been kittening about today or is this another issue as I’ve only seen problems with receiving items and not rejecting CCs.

I actually had to call my credit card company to get NCSoft on my approved vendor’s list. It’s the service that they are using to process credit cards. After I called my credit card company, it worked after 24 hours.

Managed to log back in was unable to after disconnecting from Ascalon Catacombs having completed the dungeon and receiving my 60 tokens they’ve vanished out of my inventory i have noticed ….

very close to reversing the credit card charges, if its not this login reason its because arenanet said it would not have a gear grinder in the game…. WTH is FOtM ??? grind the dungeon for gear….

Is this localized to any specific server or is it spread out across them all?

I’ve been having this same issue for about two weeks. I can log on to my account, and log onto character selection. However, once I pick my character I get stuck on the loading screen until an error occurs where I can not connect to the server. On occasion I have been able to get on, but get kicked off almost instantaneously.

2 hours and still nothing. Since the moderator requested information, this is what I did. I logged off my thief, tried to log onto my ranger, got disconnected, now error message.

Jeez. Twitter? So we have to monitor that in order to keep up to date? If that’s the way it’s going to be done (I expect something more professional than a generic social blab site), a proper feed monitor should be built into the login module so we can get the updates live on that rather than having to screw around with Twitter itself.

This works unbelievably well for me. I just installed Cisco vpn for work and was not able to log in afterwards. I was about to give up assuming I was permanently out of luck.
