Have you tried uninstalling your video card drivers and re-installing the most recent/updated drivers?

I downloaded the client at a friends house and he said he could start the game okay. That’s with my computer. So I don’t see how that could be an issue. I’m currently re-installing the game to see if it works. if not I will try the Game Advisor suggestion.
