i have the same problem too did 6 or so dungeons runs today and bam…disconnected and cant log in

Nobody from ANet is even bothered to reply anything in regards to this and I would deem players not being able to party up into dungeons and fractals a pretty major issue. Weird how an MMO developer that deals solely with online customers has a really bad customer service; time and time again. Just play something else for a few months guys, it’s what I plan to do. Good luck to those who still are trying, hope you make it.

I have the same problem too. I hope a net can fix this soon. I need to do my daily dungeons. :/

Is this going to be fixed or are we all going to only be able to enter dungeons with people from the same server?

Ok so what I have experienced so far is that I am capable of joining a party if somebody from the server I am on starts it, or if I start it. Anyone else, and I will get the white screen with the same error. A lot of people who have joined my party have had the same issue, and I had to kick them out of the party quickly because it would render the character they were on when clicking to join party in dungeon useless as they would keep getting the white screen and error when ever logging onto that specific character. And yes I asked them whether it was the error or not, and they said yes, as it has been happening to them all day since the patch for the nightmare within.

Ive never had problems with dungeons before and now im getting this message, so clearly something is wrong

Until ANET resolves this issue.
The following works:

1. Party with people from the same server and no dc’s when zoning into a dungeon/instance.
2. Party with people from a server you have guested to in the last 24 hours, or guest to the server of the instance owner

Hope they fix this asap

•Message Body length must at least be 15.

just gonna add my name to the list, it kicks me every time i try to get to PvE or enter a dungeon. Surprised there has yet to be a patch released to fix this.

Tho fix this, delet your shortcut and create another one, or dont use a shortcut execute directly the client.

Only occurs when I try to connect to “instances” on other servers.
If I enter the “instance” on my server, everything seems fine.

It does not work to delete and remake a shortcut to gw2.exe
It does not work to run gw2.exe directly
It does not help to add exceptions to gw2.exe in the firewall settings
It does not help to add exceptions to gw2.exe in antivirus settings

Same issue as above, deleting the shortcut and re-creating does not work, neither does launching directly from the client.

Still having same issue today as last night…

Come On ArenaNet shows us you guys are at least aware of the problem and working on a solution!

i have the same problem, cant get in any dungeons, have been trying all day still cant, i only get to character screen and if i enter i get white screen with the code 19:9:18:16:16:101

Well, yesterday everything went fine. Today i just luckily did AC and then when i wanted to walk into TA i got this issue.

Same Problem here. I also started a Thread in the German section i have this problem since 30 mins.

Running directly client work on one fractals, dont works anymore.

Having this problem atm myself, saw other people having this problem today.
Just one question to Anet: why da kitten we need this mediocre intern level content updates which breaks core game functionality for most/some people ? Cause it doesn’t seems like fair trade off for me.

Exactly only in isnstances on other servers, come on anet just rollback the update.

Since update im getting that same 19:9:18:16:16:101 code cant do dungeons or halfthe time just wont let u go ingame.

when will this be fixed? very frustrating. I noticed one can only join in the same server, i have to guest to the server the host. And to guest you get only 2 chances.

Dungeon runs is becoming a head ache

yea, it looks like guest slots are used when you join a dungeon host, and when you are out of guest slots and try to join some other server it gives this error

I agree that guest slot is being used. I was able to join 1 path of COF and AC but unable to join other dungeons using LFG tool . I looked up my World Selection and I guested to some servers that I never guested to.

You better fix it up unless the Tower event ends or the people will be mad at you. So will I, Was about to finish the last achi for Gas mask. Suddenly this Error

Should be pretty simple to just raise the guest pass limit to unlimited until they can fix the actual issue rather then have 1,000 of us kitten ed off people, but like most people said already. Anet doesn’t care they already got out money

I feel like there reasoning is it would cost them to much in the long run real money wise. Instead they will most likely police these forum’s with a iron grip deleting post who are upset using some none exist reasoning. All while hiding behind multiple wall’s they call “support”
