Computer shutting down
Sounds like an unstable power supply unit.
The only exclusive skyhammer stream
Sounds like an unstable power supply unit.
I was about to say the same thing.
Those temperatures generally aren’t high enough to cause shutdowns, so the PSU is the next most likely candidate. GW2 pushes both the CPU and GPU very hard at the same time, which puts a high power draw on the PSU. If the PSU is too weak or unstable that can be a problem and GW2 is the type of game where you would start to see the symptoms of that problem, even if you don’t in any other games.
In this type of situation I always suggest running the system through a rigorous stress test where you run both a CPU benchmark and a graphics benchmark at the same time to put maximum load on the system. If you get the same symptoms in the stresstest then there is an instability in your system.
As said before, the most likely candidate here is the PSU. If you don’t know which one you’ve got, check the brand and model (either through booklets/order info) or by looking inside the case.

this is the only game it happens in though

ok thanks for the advice!
I have started to experience a similar issue and only after upgrading my ram from 4GB (3.99) to 12GB (11.99).
The only difference from above is that GW2 will only run for a short period of time before causing Windows 7 64 to restart and BSOD with the message about some kind of hardware issue.
Everything else is fine with my new ram chips, just GW2 doesn’t seem to like them.
EDIT: Removed new ram chips for refund.
