Guild Wars 2

This is the second time in two days this has happened to me, yesterday it took the whole day for the game to start running, I tried disabling all software etc, eventually it just kicked into playing randomly later in the afternoon.

I got up this morning and I’m back to the same issue.

Is this just the servers being messy?

Using the GameAdvisor app, this is what it comes up with if it helps

I’m stuck in QLD, the flood affected Tesltra
changing the DNS setting to google public worked for me
i just changed my DNS from automatic to
8.8.8.8 and/or
8.8.4.4

I have just had the same issue. I have been playing since beta and using the same modem and router, I also have not changed any of the settings.

Hi Dreadpoolage – This could potentially be due to some of your router settings. Do you still encounter this issue if you bypass your router completely and connect directly to your modem?

Ashley Segovia I have the same problem I got on yesterday after school and it says connection errors detected retrying. I have not changed any settings and it still isnt working today.

I use an ethernet cable, and I am hardwired into my moden.

and yes, I am still encountering the same issue.

I’m having the same issue, no changes since Beta.

did what it said but put 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 still doesnt work
