Hey guys, I keep disconnecting every 5-10 minutes and getting an error code: 7:11:3:191:101
Either that or my client will completely crash…

I’ve verified, repaired, completely re-downloaded the entire client and it still doesn’t fix my issue.
I have shabby internet at best, but a network error shouldn’t completely crash my client? Plus I have seen many people having the same problem to no avail.

I’ve attached a ping plotter of the gw2 servers but I can’t quite tell where I am losing my packets.

I will also attach 2 crash logs in the following posts.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated

I literally just got this crash as I was posting all this…

This seems to be the most common crash that I get.

3 days ago, it started with me, did the same as you, repaired, re-stalled, reinstalled drivers, reset modem/router, opened ports and nothing. Still getting crashes and Disconnects. Hope they can fix this soon

I DC too, but only in large zergs or at world bosses such as Teq. It is very frustrating that I continue to lose rewards and achievements and ANET does not do anything about the reports I submit. I guess they do not care that we are being robbed of our gaming enjoyment.

Sorry to hear that you guys have the issue as well, but in a way I am glad that it’s nothing on my end (hopefully).

I’d be pretty stoked if anet could hotfix this or push a small update to fix this issue.

I’m missing out on my daily FotM runs because I can’t go a full session without dc’ing and being kicked…

I feel completely ripped off right now, the game is in an absolutely unplayable state for me right now… After all the time and money I’ve spent on GW2 and I can’t even play it on my day off, not happy!

Same here, check the forums, A LOT of people are complaining about this right now, for me started two hours ago, first every so and so, now it’s unplayable, can’t even start the game before it crashes. Server Ruins of Surmia (EU) Connection from Finland!!! Fix this Arena Net!!!!

Ive been having this problem for a week now ive tried all the fixes that are plastered over the forums nothing works… ive re installed game 4 times now, and im still getting Massive packet loss at dallas1.level3.net. The game crashes are becoming more and more frequent. just tonight ive crashed 6 times. and disconected 12.. its getting beyond a joke.

Looks like you are getting packet loss threw Level3 this is a internet backbone company that handle most of the internet traffic for the southwest especially threw Texas where the servers are located. There is no fix for this some have contacted there ISP to see if they could put some pressure on Level3 to fix the problem. Not sure if Anet has anything they can do to get level3 to look into the problem but I’m thinking that anyone having this issues may want to email their pink path logs direct to Level3.

There is no packet loss issue in this screen. Its normal that intermediate hops drop packets if the further hops not, due they can be configured to handle echo packets low priority (dropping them). You can read it in pingplotter FAQ as well: http://www.pingplotter.com/manual/faq.html#Anchor1
And its obvious that the last target game server is configured to drop all the echo request packets.
I attached a screen with real packet loss that makeing only the plaync servers when we are experiencing dc.

Not home at the moment but I am also experiencing crashes during heavy zergs or dynamic events like Jormag. Pretty disappointing since it never used to do this. I decided to return to the game almost 2 months ago now and this is the constant problem I am facing. I’m staying optimistic because the game still feels new to me but if the problem persists through Season 2 of WvWvW, I will probably just uninstall.

Being on T1 server for WvWvW, the Q times can take hours during the season. I know it says Anet is getting my email regarding the crash but some how I doubt it. I’ll post the crash report here when I get home. Maybe someone has an idea?

I’ve tried all the remedies I can think of, reinstall game, patch, repair, blah blah and it still does this randomly. From what I’ve looked through, this began happening a while back to players and continues to happen with no fix available. No other games or software crashes my PC to desktop, only GW2.

Yeah well, game still crashes constantly. I quit until this kitten is fixed, never buying gems again. Anet can eat a kitten.
