After approximately 10mins in game, the screen would start bugging out and eventually resulting in the bug report appearing. I would really appreciate anyone’s help with my problem! I have attached the crash report. I have ensured that my gpu driver is updated also. Thank you for your help!

Nice machine, when I was scrolling through your crash report I totally thought you had a desktop with some i7 with 24GB of RAM. Then, I saw the 770M and my mind was blown. Something suspicious is the amount of RAM being used, you have almost 20GB used of the 24 available. Do you use a RAMDisk or something like FancyCache? If not, can you account for the amazingly high usage of RAM?

Since this is a laptop, could you check your temperatures of your GPU and CPU? If you don’t already have software that monitors your CPU and GPU temperatures, then I would recommend getting HWMonitor, which can be found here:
