Could a computer whit these specs run gw2 on high settings ¨without¨ lag, with exceptions from wvw and zerg stuffs where theres practicly are no computer that can run it ^^

What do i need to atleast not get horrible fps-drops in cities?

With your current setup? nothing

Cities are the same as wvw and world boss zergs, the large player numbers is what slows the game down. The only thing you can do is lower reflections/shadows/character model limit+quality.

Hardware fixes are basically get the fastest i7 and overclock the crap out of it, and you might get decent fps in a city.

Max settings at 1080P. It should hold fairly well in PVE. It’ll dip in cities, but max settings will crush everything in WVW.

There are also not that many character on your screen.

No go with that settings to the Karka Queen. That is at least where my frames drop down the most. Even when i just stand around on Pearl Isle the FPS goes down a lot.
