Need to provide more info than just the first portion of the error.

System specs needed and the full error message would be good too.

Give us something to work with here…sheesh!

I would try and do a disk check to see if your hard drive is the problem. To perform a disk check go to ‘My Computer’ and right click on the hard drive that Guild Wars 2 is on. Click ‘Properties’ and a new window should pop up. In the new window, go to the ‘Tools’ tab and click the ‘Check now…’ button to begin the disk check. Follow the guide from there to finish the disk check.

Memtest?

Or try running the game with only one stick of ram (if using two 4gb sticks), then swap and run again?

Just a suggestion.

Is there anything else you have done so that we know not to suggest it?

Are you running as admin? (I know, silly question)

Have you run and installed all of your windows updates? (even the optionl ones)

You can try running a repair of the client also.

Patience my friend, it’s a virtue. Even support staff gets days off, be glad some are trying to help you anyway.
