Q:

i did already everything that can fix this error 7: the internet is good ISP why blame them, i can play other online games with no problem and it seem to be that this guildwars2 only have problem in connection… this game i take chances only when it log in but most of the time i got error… as you can see i can go to selection of character then after i click the play it will load and after a minute its stop and error came up tech support im really disappointed about connection…. if any suggested fix for error please message me who ever working staff there….. guildwars2 wakeup…

This could be something as simple as a blocked port in your firewall. I agree with Kirito, please explain what you have done in the past please

If you have a game account for the original Guild Wars, can you play it?
i dont have account
Where are you playing Guild Wars 2 from?
afganistan +4:30kabul time
At what time and in which time zone do you play Guild Wars 2?
afganistan time a round 5am to 11pm
please help me with this issue most of the time i cant play it… in 100% only 40% time can play…. all diag i did it already from the reboot laptop, reboot router, winsock reset, flushdns, try other computer here, try other account, if one of us can play means every computer can play, but most of the time error is up…
