we all have in aurora glade server random but constantly disconnects everywhere , in towns too ( pve and www , i didn’t checked tpvp ) today .

also i have spoken with some friends in other sevrers like piken square and they have not any problem. i also went to pve with them ( with guest system ) and i have only some lag spikes , but not often and ofc no dc. i want return to my server …not stay as guest in ps :p

can you check if our server’s hardware is healthy ?

i just disconnected from Piken Square too !

UPDATE 2 :

I rechecked the diag log and i found that the problem is definitely @ .plaync.com side in the ip 206-127-157-86.plaync.com where i have sent 25 packets and lost the 21 , aka 84% lost and the server sent 25 and lost the 25 aka 100% lost !!!

Will you post a tracert to that playNC server you are blaming?
Im willing to bet your latency starts on a FRA node (FRA23 as of late).

actually, its going to be this node that is affecting your Latency/LAG

call your ISP and have them do Head to Head testing with Level3. as that is where YOUR issue is at currently.

I was fine until the EoTM patch as well, never had a disconnect issue (that wasn’t the dog pulling the router out at the wall). Now I’m lucky to manage 15mins online, and as soon as there’s any other players nearby – eg. events, WvW, sPvP – I get ability latency which suddenly strikes then eventually a disconnect as my character runs impotently into walls :-(

it is NOT MY ISSUE , it was OUR ISSUE and was from different EU countries include germany that host the EU gw2 servers ….

but all are fine….

8% packet lost never creates disconnects , the 100% lost is creating it

in conclusion the problem was between level 3 in USA and plaync.com and today all are fine…
