Guild Wars 2

Since yesterday evening, the game logs off and I can’t connect again. Except sometimes after 1 hour approximately.

Error code: 42:1000:7006:1322

Edit: It seems that the problem was be solved. No error since on Monday evening 2014/04/14 (UCT+1, Brussels). I hope it’s definitely right.

I’m getting the same error message for the last 3 hours

Since last night, 02.00 h 13/04/2014 (time zone Brussels), I’ve had the same connectivity problem. Web browsers Chrome and Firefox can’t connect to the site www.guildwars2.com, though I can visit this site, the wiki, or any other site. I’ve ran a full anti-virus scan, nothing appeared.

I am having the exact same problem since yesterday evening, login screen gives me the Error code: 42:1000:7006:1322, I can’t go to www.guildwars2.com (apparently I can use the forums, tho).

Reading Yulquen’s post above, I assume he/she is from Belgium, like myself.

Yep, using Telenet as well; and Internet got cut off for maybe 15mins yesterday night. This is the first time since that disconnect that I’m trying to log on.

Got the same issue, Belgium as well. Not using Telenet though. We have Belgacom at home.

Same issue here. I’m also from Belgium (and using telenet).
Also http://www.guildwars2.com/ doesn’t load for me (all other sites do).

(I doubt internet provider matters though. )

I am also in Belgium(telenet) and have been getting bombed out after being online for various amounts of time beforehand.

I am guessing the issue is at Anet’s end (although they are hardly likely to confirm this).

Why can’t they do the decent thing and at least tell us they are aware of the issues and are looking into it?

Oh and you think its bad today? Wait till we get the new super all at once update!

I can access the site(s) no problem, only the game server seems to be an issue

Because it’s Sunday and it’s 6-7AM in NA, don’t expect a response anytime soon.. :/

I can’t connect to site or game at all, neither can my friends.. seems like everyone in Belgium is affected lol.

I am also telenet user from Belgium.

I wouldn’t have expected a response anytime soon irrespective of day or time.
Take a look through this board at how many folks have been having issues recently and how many have had a response of any kind from Anet!

I am guessing this is all caused by pre work for the new sooper update (lol) and fully expect to have lots and lots and lots of little “glitches” for weeks to come.

Since i can log in via VPN, maybe should you try to use OpenDNS or another DNS stuff just to give it a try.

Having the same problem too. Kinda strange though because 2 hours ago I had zero problems. Now I either can’t acces the login servers or I can log in but get a code: 5:11:3:159:101.

Same problem here, error trying to get in game, and can’t access the main guildwars2.com site.
Location Belgium, provider Telenet.

The same problem here, also telenet in belgium.
I also opened a ticket, they asked me some questions in a (probably automated) email, no response after that.
So glad I’m not alone

I live in Belgium aswel, also telenet. I had this error code too. I started up my VPN and closed again and it was fixed.

I think it has something to do with the telenet servers so don’t think Anet can do much about it. I have no idea why resetting my server path with a VPN helped tho.

Belgacom here, had this DC issues when changing zones, Network error when everything is fine aside gw2 (WoW ect).

This started yesterday, prior to that i had no issues whatsoever.

Please fix this, can’t play when you play the russian roulette on changing zones that’s painful.

Same issue here Belgium – Windows 8 – Telenet provider.
Yesterday evening it started already, I was still able to logon sometimes, today nihil.

just tried to get on GW2. never had any problems and now I can’t load guildwars2.com or the game?? so who’s messing with this? Telenet or Anet??
And will it stay like this or will it be fixed?

Got an issue too. Open world PvE is fine but as soon as I try entering WvW or any instance I get an error as well.

Given that others (eg using Belgacom), are also experiencing this issue, I think its safe to assume its a Anet issue. Silence is deafening though!

Just asked to Telenet himslef and there are no known problems to their network. That combined with no provider-linked problems will conclude in.. It’s Anet’s fault :p but an answer from them would be appreciated alot

Well earlier today Telenet helpdesk told me they checked my modem and it was fine, while it was unplugged so I wouldn’t believe anything they say.

Whatever is wrong started at around 2AM last night (GMT+1), I came home from a party and wanted to quickly hop on GW2 and then suddenly my game crashed and I couldn’t get past the character screen anymore (code=5:11:3:159:101).

Ever since I haven’t been able to get in the game anymore, occasionally I can get to the character select screen but that’s it… GW2 site is down too for me.

Could something gone wrong with the reset? We know the problem was present at 2am but meybe it occured already at 1am with the reset? Is just a wild guess since the times are close to each other

or maybe with the upcoming patch? working on belgian servers perhaps? nation per nation?

A little update from me. It happens to me everytime I try to map switch.

Was good for a moment and now it’s back to login screen issues & error 5:11:3 when i get in character page, i mean c’mon we gave you waffles & french fries give us some love here!

For me it started around 9:30pm GMT +1. I suddenly couldn’t enter any WvW map anymore. Every time I tried I dced. Then it was fixed for like 3 hours and at reset it broke again.

Mind you, as long as I don’t switch map I’m fine now. I’m locked in gendarran fields though so I can only troll guild chat. xD

I don’t even get that far in, I’m loading Gendarran Fields and lagging out.. :/

Mine is standard on google DNS and I got the problems aswel. So soon you’ll have them again too ^^.

But ye, Anet response would be nice.

I just got into instances again. Seems to be fixed? I just hope this is not a one time luck thing. xD
