kick me out game and pop up box " Exception : c0000005 A Serious error has occurred that prevented the application from continuing. A report has been sent to ArenaNet to help determine the cause." Wonder, how long they fix and when was repair?

Error c0000005 is a buffer overrun.

Do you get this consequently/often or in any other programs?

This seems to be the first occurence of a rare error. It could therein possibly be caused by something else. A buffer overrun means that something is missing an end, thus the application is reading past the data it was looking for.

It could be caused by drive corruption. Run CHKDSK (with /f and /r) to verify, no errors? The install might be corrupt. This is most likely the cause IF: you’ve had this error multiple times, at the same map, loading the same models, etc.

It could also be caused by faulty RAM. Do you get this error intermittently? In any other game? (or any other application that allocates more memory than gw). Run MEMTEST for 8 hours. Any errors? Remove one stick of RAM and rerun. Replace faulty sticks.

You could also try reinstalling C++ redistributable.
Redownloading the game, your game might gone corrupt at download/patch.

Do you have a new computer as well? Im guessing you both bought it in the sales xD
