Just a small feedback to iron out some of the settings. What I figured is the Shadows setting that kill the most performances in Windowed Mode, Supersampling isn’t the one that kills as far as I tested and I know it’s depends on the system spec.
By running the game at Full Screen is perfect butter smooth.
What Nvidia stated about GW2 is true about being a CPU bound game rather than GPU. Most of the time I monitored both of my GPUs runs at 55-60% and doesn’t run at full clock at all. Still heats up as like it was running full clock speed. So I take a guess, the new driver is still not optimized. It is not running effectively as I see, running half of the GPUs load and still hit up to 71-80’C just like it was running on full load.
Performance is great in game (check attachments) but just the GPUs aren’t running effective. Outputting a lot of heats at half loads.
Notes, when I said GPU is outputting a lot of heat, I have VSync on cap at 60FPS. Below screenshots are to show the max performance only. I would hate to run games without VSync – Screen tearing.
Oh yes, by the way. I recommended the new driver 306.23 WHQL for Nvidia users, you find it at http://www.geforce.com on the very top left corner of the page to download.

CPU is also at a screaming 4.8 though too. Underclock that to 3.5 or 4.0 and report back?

Of course, why didnt i read your sig >.< my bad
very impressive tho! i have the GTX 570 (single card) and it does between 30-60fps (tho i use vsync)

Why would I underclock it? I have no issues with CPU temp at 4.8Ghz ~50-60’C during games. Yes, I will lose FPS by a chunk if I do.

That’s EXACTLY my point. You’re posting nearly irrelevant data for more than 80% of the users who play this game. By this I mean that 80% of users on this forum more than likely do not have a high CPU clock like you. So your post about how adjusting a few things will drastically increase performance means nothing.
I’m asking you to momentarily under clock the CPU to the average (between 3.5 and 4.0) for more relevant performance comparison. The reason I ask you to do this is because people will spill into this thread whining they can’t get the FPS you’re getting.

I recognize that you have a top-notch system, and that the game is CPU bound. But I doubt those performance numbers. What makes me doubt them even more is the fact you only provide a screenshot of the options window, without showing what part of the game you are rendering at that time.
Hopefully, no one here is naive enough to think you are getting those numbers during a large WvWvW battle, and really, isn’t the ultimate test of FPS during the most action on the screen? Repost with your options screen open in a big PvP battle, and then you’ll be providing some useful information for people to compare to.

Also, the reason you would get less fps in windowed mode wouldnt just be because of shadows but sli/crossfire does not work in windowed mode.

Those of you mentioned above, performance FPS will drop down to 70-80 without Vsync but the problem is that what I was trying to state is the GPU effectiveness.
Most of the time my GPUs load run 60-70% usage and still outputting mass amount of heat. 60-70% usage is clock at 600-750 Mhz instead of 1.1Ghz above. At 800-900Mhz clock the cards still output about 70-81’C…
vs other games which is fully utilize 99% usage at 1.1Ghz + is outputting ~75’C

Yes about the Windowed mode but no about the Full screen mode. In full screen mode cards is still hovering about 60% usage. So it doesn’t really make that much different for the moment.
Maybe I’ll clean install my driver again. I’ve been switching drivers for sometime and it may be a mess at the moment.
I’m also using some Multimonitor software aka DisplayFusion Beta version could be affecting some of the performance if other software also utilize the GPU struggling to run both at the same time.
