the crashes are completetly random sometimes i can play for hours and sometimes i cannot even log in before i crash.

I have attached the txt file you get from running Game Advisor. This is the only game on my computer that causes my computer to crash. However i can run the game if i put on lowest graphics which makes no sense since my computer should be able to handle better. when i try to run the game on highest it still runs smoothly with no lag but then suddenly it can crash for reason

Look in your Arenanet.log for crash logs.

considering it’s a bluescreen computer crash and not the game itself crashing i cannot find any crash logs

Should have said it was a BSOD in the first place. The error code it displays on screen will give clues as to what is wrong. Usually, those are due to driver or hardware issues.

0×0000001E has a wide range of causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, memory, BIOS.

Update drivers, memtest86 etc.
