Guild Wars 2

Today I did the jumping puzzle like most people around and managed to finish it but when i jumped into massive present pit my game insta crashed and since than my game wont open.
After that i decided to preform a repair but for some unknown reason even my repair client crashes after 50000 files scanned.

I have no idea what other option i have left.

i just gave up and decided to redownload the whole thing.
Apperantly gw2.dat is corrupted.

so yea , instead of getting a reward chest i get ruined files.
