Guild Wars 2

Somehow someone either in my Guild or not gained access to the Officer Only set portion of the Guild Bank. Checking the logs we found Unknown User over and over withdrawing all of the items. The alarming factor aside from the theft is the bank access AND in the screenshots you can see hovering over the Unknown User provides NO account name information as it does for all other members of the Guild. Can you please provide insight to this incident and possibly review your logs for more player identification in this apparent hack. gw570 shows my mouse over the Unknown User gw571 shows my mouse over a normal player name

Sounds to me like the same hacks being used in WvW.. Unknown Attacker.

I would hazard a guess your guild has someone using the same hack and likely cant even be seen in game as they are invisible or underneath the terrain.. it’s been reported up many times to ANET but its still happening in WvW after like 3 months + which suggests ANET either aren’t interested or aren’t able to combat the hack.
Only thing you can do at present is downgrade all officers /take away guild bank withdrawal privileges then begin adding them one by one over a period of time, see what happens.
