Hello all i do not know if anyone else is experiencing this issue but i logged in this morning to find my guild completely reset.

No bank access
no members
no influence
no ranks and cannot create any
no tag
default emblem

Anyone know if this is some kind of issue?

this problem is affecting ONLY players from EU having their home servers in NA.
i’m having the same issue as many other players (check gw2 facebook page for reference). the issue is about guilds appearing as empty, with no upgrades, no members, no gained influence.
if you use the lfg tool you’ll also notice a ‘’network error’‘.
as far as i can tell it’s not an issue related to Anet or our clients, it’s most likely a backbone issue caused by some major power outage.
we have to wait for providers to fix it, it’s not the first time that happens

Oh okay just confused as to why my home server would be in NA?

I’m also playing on NA server from another region. All same problems – no guild chat, no LFG, even party UI doesn’t show up when I’m in a party, though I can use chat. Been going on for the whole day like this.

Correct me if I’m wrong but YOU chose your home server when you first started playing. Granted, you could have NOT been aware (or paid proper attention) you were picking an NA server, but it is not something ANet chooses for you….it’s your choice.

I’m pretty sure my home server is EU and not NA so that is why I’m confused.

Only one of the guilds I’m in seems to be working.

I’m on Gandara, and live in the UK, so unless Gandara is hosted in NA then someone’s been talking out of their kitten.

definitly it is not a single player problem and it is not the whole community neither….I wish all people who has this kind of issue could come and report to raise some concerns…

im a UK person and my home server is set as dragonbrand (NA) I’m having the same issue
