Hey i just got a new computer and the second cd doesn’t seem to work so im just asking does it download starting from the second cd or does it just restart the download? and how long will it take since the second cd doesn’t work?

It will start the download from where you left off, it shouldn’t redownload everything. It might look like that when you start the download again, that it starts over, but its really not. The game is checking which files have already been downloaded, which is why if you watch your ‘Download Speed’ during this phase its likely much much faster than what you are paying for. Then, once this phase completes, it’ll jump back to your normal download speed and resume the download. Be prepared for quite the download, the current game is about 16GB large and that isn’t including all the patches that have changed files in the game since the induction of the game.
