1. Log in to your Guild Wars 2 account management page at https://account.guildwars2.com.
2. Navigate to the Download Client page by clicking the link on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Download for Windows® link in the center of the page and, if prompted, choose the save location.
4. When the download is complete, navigate to the location on your computer where you downloaded the Gw2Setup.exe file.
5. Double-click the Gw2Setup.exe icon to launch the installer.
6. Click the red Install Guild Wars 2 button to choose the installation location.
7. After selecting an installation location, click OK to begin the installation process.
8. Click the appropriate region flag icon in the top-right corner of the Launcher to choose your language.
9. When the log-in fields appear, enter your account name and password and click LOG IN.
10. Once the installation has finished, click Play to begin your adventure!

I got to step 3, downloaded it, clicked run, and now it’s fully patched and avaliable to play. But no shortcut so I wont be able to play again without repeating this process. Help?

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2 and rightclick Gw2.Exe, select Send to Desktop ( Create shortcut).
