How to play Gw2 in Linux?
I would suggest a dual boot to windows.

That’s what I do. But I’d like to use only linux. Is there a way to do it?

Yes. There’s a big thread about it. But unless you want to spend hours configuring wine to play with sub par performance, I would very strongly recommend against it. There are very good reasons for Linux to exist. Playing video games is not one of them.

There is a program you can get from the Software Center called PlayOnLinux. It is a front end for WINE, and it allows you to select games from a list to install directly from PoL. It also gets you the correct things for WINE with each game downloaded so there are no complications.

As I told u, I’ve installed PlayOnLinux, and Wine. I did the google research thing.
I did whatever I could to install the game on my Linux, but I could not.
I’m begging some help for the forums, but God, it’s so hard.

Marnick, ty for answering me. I put a “+1” to ur answer. It was, by far, the best answer that I’ve already had on the past 3 months. I think u made a great point. I’ll give it up – I’ll keep the dual booting.
