Not certain why I am seeing this; however, I have no access to the Gem Store or any other portions of the BLTP.
Also wondering why I am always directed to the en-gb sites when logging into my account or support. I cannot seem to reach US support. (My IP is Florida).
Not to lead you on a wild goose chase, but I would toss ArenaNet a support ticket to see what they have to say on the matter.
The only thing I could imagine changing is the localization of Windows (assuming you’re on a Windows machine) to English in the United States. It might be set to English in the UK. Other than that I’m not sure what else to recommend.

I honestly do not know why this might happen, but I suspect that someone active on the Technical Support Forum may know the answer to this. I will re-route this to that forum.

The “Invalid Authorization” message is a random bug that has been around for some time now. It will usually pop up for me if I transition between WvW and the pve worlds. When it occurs you have to log completely out of the game and the restart the client to gain the proper authorization. Going to character select will not fix it.

I do have my system mapped to UK settings; however, you would think that they would take my IP settings for my location.
Re-starting the game and killing a .dat file fixed the store bug.
