Im buying this laptop just wanna know how good it will run guild wars 2

intel core i7 3610qm
Nvidia Gt610MX
6 GB Ram at 1600 mhz

(nosupersampling at all)

how many fps at 1366×768

PvE

A 610mx is the lowest 600 series GPU u can get for a laptop, it is no where near gaming performance level. It will run GW2 like a dog. its on the same level as intel integrated 3000 and 4000 gpu’s. Infact the CPU u have on there has a integrated GPU, i honestly cant see why any1 would put in a 610MX when its so close to the performance of the integrated chip.

The GT 610MX is a very minimal GPU so I would hazard a guess and say you wouldn’t like the fps in PvE even at maximum performance settings.

And honestly nothing does WvW 40 on 40 well short of a desktop with a monster CPU and a $250+ video card, and even then the drop in fps is painful.

But that’s my 2 copper.

i can also go for gt 650m and gt 710m and hd 7670m with the same specs.

Can you also please give fps expectations in PvE and WvW individually

PS: My current laptop(intel core i5 2520m 2.5 ghz up to 3.1, Intel Hd 3000 and 4 Gb Ram 667mhz dualchannel) Gives 40-55 fps while in PvE at Low,Native and shadows off

The 710M will likely be slightly better than what people said about the 610MX. The 650M is the best of the bunch you listed. I’d grab that because even with that you’ll be struggling to keep a decent FPS (60ish) with medium-high settings at 720p.

The CPU will be the limiting factor in WvW, its been recommended that you get at least a i7 3630QM for the extra frequency.

Your really looking at the low end of Laptops it seems. I would sugest u look at making a desktop. For the same price u would get better performance.
If u MUST have a laptop then honestly u will be much happier if u saved morem oney up to get a proper gaming laptop. 660mm/760m is the minimum u really want GPU wise. And CPU wise as said above, a 3630QM is the minimum, preferably u wanted somthing higher. The new 4800MQ would be good.
