As the topic said, but the strange thing is there’s no problem if i tried to connect with my shared internet connection from my phone. Please advise.

I have the same issue. Already went down the check list, re-installed, router open, firewall down, AV dropped. All of Anet, GW2 access ports added to firewall, and AV program. Repair does not work. Diagnostic indicates nothing wrong. Yet, with two different systems I still can not gain access.

Deleted the entire game only to try to re-install again and get stuck at the downloading screen again.

Everything worked fine when I logged in this morning +7GMT, no issues no nothing. I come home from work, try to log in and I have this mess.

I can logged in this morning (+7GMT) also. I came home from my office and found out that my brother also has the same problem. But as i mentioned above i tried to connect with my cellphone’s internet connection and it can log in. Super wierd! XD

I have this same problem. Computer meets all requirements (I literally play Titanfall on MAX everything) but when I click “download windows version” it downloads about 11kb or so, then stops at 0 kbs. just stops, and nothing. Why has no admin answered this within the past 10 hours? This is a little ridiculous.

I had fully installed the game, and only when it was installing the updates did it stop at 99%. After consulting the web, I uninstalled Avast and what I had installed of GW2, to try and reinstall it from scratch. Now it starts downloading at about 4KB/s before quickly going to 0KB/s. Not sure where to go from here.

Tried this method last night, still no luck.

I have the same problem, tried everything i can, but no solution. I’m pretty sure it’s about the server….

Today I can logged in from my office with no problem, both use the same ISP though. So I guess that my problem is from network setting at home. (Wierd thing is everything was fine yesterday and i didn’t touch any network setting)

Can anyone suggests any solution? I also attach test result from NCSoft’s GameAdvisor.

I have the same problem and I have been trying to fix it for the last 3 days. I tried reinstall I tried running in safe mode, I tried copying a working game from a friend to my computer and I tried what has been sugested this thread and still no luck. Wierd thing is my boyfriends games works fine and he has the same internet connection as I.
The launcher frezes up and i can’t even close it…
I am now desprate for a sulucion!
