Lenovo E531 on Guild Wars 2
This is a tough one, for now we’re going to assume you meant 45 on medium not in WvW or large dynamic events, just in normal play.
If you are going for the 1080p screen option, probably not. The 650M which is about the same as the 740M, can’t push all those pixels and make them pretty at the same time. If you get the 720p version of the screen, then I would say that you’ll likely get the performance you desire.

For me its ok even 1240×1024 res…..i am not that kind of player that wants everything fancy around himself ….. but i want to be able to play in wvw with at least 30 fps stable … until now i was playing on 800×600 with subsample and i had 22 fps on normal play ….. XD

I’m going to assume you meant 1280 by 1024 for your display resolution. However, the 2 options available are 1280 by 768 which is slightly ‘worse’ than what you have right now or you can get 1920 by 1080 which is better than what you have right now. With you saying that you don’t want everything fancy around yourself, then I assume you would go with the lesser resolution screen (1280 by 768).
However, 30 FPS stable in large WvW battles on a low/mid end mobile CPU probably won’t happen, even at 1280 by 768. You’ll need a better CPU than the one in the laptop you have chosen to get good frames in WvW.

Anytime, one suggestion is when you are in WvW is to turn the culling settings on higher so that you see fewer enemies. This will help the frame rate but could make is so you walk into an enemy force larger than what you expect since some may not be rendered on the screen.

With me being in the states and don’t have much experience on where to go when buying things out of country (VAT) I would feel better if I deferred to someone else. This guide looks pretty solid from a glance, they have listed laptops in categories and you can see what best fits your needs from that list of laptops.

With that said, I’ll come out and say right now, gaming on a laptop is the more expensive way to game and you’ll pay more for less (unless you really like being able to game while moving around a lot, at which point the battery will only last a couple of hours).
The only way I can recommend a laptop is if you are out of town a lot due to work and are still an avid gamer. These people are out there, but besides them, I recommend everyone else get a desktop since you’ll get more power for less money.
