I swear it now takes around a minute to use any of the waypoints, which is almost double the time before the patch.

Please tell me this is a problem with the patch and not my computer.

I hate to say this, but try having the game load off of kitten drive. I can switch maps, waypoints, and load into the game in under 10 seconds most times.

What is “load off of kitten drive”?

I believe he was suggesting a solid state drive. I thing the standard abbreviation with the article “a” before it got tagged by the forum’s profanity filter. However if you say an SSD it isn’t a problem.
