Hi!

My friend and i made a server transfer, some hours ago. At the initial transfer everything seemed fine, except that our guild looked a little bugged, but i didn’t think too much about it, as i heard other people had bugged guild pane as well. But just now, i noticed that our guild has been completely reset. All of our upgrades is gone, our influence is gone, and our guild bank is gone.. This can’t be intentional, can it? If it is, it can’t be right that we was never told this when we tansfered server. Is our guild still on the old server, or is everything lost, including the contents of the guild bank? Can i contact support directly, and ask them to move my guild to the new server? We have worked incredibly hard on collecting the contents of the bank, and all the upgrades we had..

Because they are server bound. you have to earn influance with the server you are on now to buy stuff on that server. when you transfer back you will have what you left there again.

Is it possible to do a Guild Transfer then? I have just tried contacting support directly but the submit button is non-functional…

No, it is not possible (happened to me and all my halloween consumables are in my former server).
I’m thinking about going back, recover my goods, and return to my new server, but this takes a few days if I want to do it for free…
