I have an ASUS Laptop with an Intel Core i7 3610QM @2.30Ghz, 6 Gb of Ram, Windows 7 64 bit, GeForce 610M with 2 gb of dedicated Ram. The graphic options are all maxed beside shadows/reflections/antialias, no frame limiter, no vsync and i play in windowed fullscreen, but i can’t go higher than 15/18 fps. I did all the possible updates and followed every advice in the sticky thread, i also lowered the graphic to minimum but it increased up to 25/28 fps. Is my laptop bad or what?

FPS issue is common, but for you it would be rather hardware problem. Your graphic card is poor so you can not count on playing with maxed graphics for sure.
