I have a Gateway Windows 7 4 GB Ram Computer. Guild Wars 2 runs at about 4 FPS in the Tutorial, how can I make it go faster.

You’ll need to tell us more about your specs. What CPU does is have? Is it O/C’d? What GPU do you have? What are the temperatures of both? Are you on a lappy or desktop? What lane is your GPU running in? You could output the details of your dxdiag as well. Another good applet is Speccy which provides lots of details about your machine.
