I just traded 6g and 4s for 200 gems, I bought 5 transmutation crystals after I clicked confirm I never received a mail and never got my transmutation crystal. How can I get my item I just blew 6g for nothing.

Did you check to see if your mailbox is full? It happens to me a lot. :Y
