Most annoying issue ever found in game
It sound like you are experiencing coil hum most likely a defective video card return it or RMA it to the card manufacturer.
put the correct term in but not everyone has kittens
its just in GW2 so it can’t be video card
Played without any issues :
Dota2
Metro Last Light
WoW + higher than ultra settings
Ac4

Is your computer connected to 1 monitor, and is it connected with DVI or HDMI?
HDMI but why i should use DVI while HDMI is much better?
HDMI but why i should use DVI while HDMI is much better?
HDMI and DVI are the same quality, and offer the same compression rates. One is not better then the other in terms of video. the only difference is that HDMI also carries your Audio.
its more then likely your GPU is defective, and that when you switch to DVI the hum will go away (since the GPU isnt also processing sound data).
Basically, if the DVI cable fixes the issue, its either a shorted HDMI cable (super rare, unless the cable is cut) or a bad GPU.

If its broken why i never had issues in other games? For me at least it doesn’t make sense its just Guild Wars 2 where those issues show up.

Because GW2 will stress your system unlike any other game can. its really crazy how much power GW2 requires to run smoothly.

I will run VideoCard Stability test to be sure before i will take actions

All of those tests are synthetic and really do not compare to a real application and pushes hardware in one way or another.
you really need to try the DVI cable to be sure.

could be a defective psu too (even if it is new and a good brand. six sigma isn’t perfect yo =P). Especially if a voltage fluctuation/amp drop to the video card and the onboard bios send the card into shutdown/safe mode which will also crash the driver too.
Gw2 has unusual cross loads and can cause voltage drops on separate rails that are on group regulated controllers. This typically happens with defective or just low quality psus.

^ this for sure.
I had a 500W PSU that could not stand up to GW2 and how it pushes my system. Upgraded to a 640W (Both are thermaltake and 80+ bronze), and now it runs cool. Doint the math, the 500w should have been 65-70% when the CPU was under load with GW2.
yet, that same 500W PSU is now driving my homebew server running a x6 phenom II and 6 SAS 10K Drives that gets a constant 50-70% load.
Gw2 stresses hardware, its just a fact.

Corsair CS Series 650W Modular 80+ GOLD – Here anyway with Dvi cable i have still issue but instead of crashing up game freezes for a moment and then runs again freeze is for about 5s then works for around another 5s.. ( but i clearly can see artifacts) . So right i will give it for guarantee but why really metro LL wasnt that heavy? weird

Artifacts usually means bad vRAM on the GPU.
its possible your other game(s) werent using all memory on the GPU (where GW2 can, depending on your character limit settings).

Well sometimes those artifacs show up sometimes not but at the end game crashes to deskop with issue that driver stopped working but it came back to stability.Tommorow i will take this back then well crap..
HDMI but why i should use DVI while HDMI is much better?
A common misconception….they are the same video quality (assuming the DVI is using it’s digital signals….it does have older VGA analog capabiities as well). HDMI can also carry audio, and is a more convenient plug to work with. Actually, there was an extended DVI plug that handled audio as well (but was mostly used in projectors and other AV equipment).

I have a similar issue as well, although it sounds like yours is much worse than mine.
Occasionally the game will lock up, the DVI input to the monitor will cease, and then it’ll usually come back after a few seconds and the game will continue running without any issues. I will usually get a “driver stopped responding but successfully recovered” message if I check the desktop notifications. This most often happens during heavy action areas (i.e. world boss fights with lots of people), but the issue has also occurred for me in sPvP.
Sometimes when I lose the DVI input, it comes back but the game just displays a black screen with my cursor sitting there (which I can move), and I have to terminate the application. Other times it continues running without sound and then eventually locks up completely, and I have to terminate it. These situations don’t happen that often though.
All of these are when I run the game on max settings (aside from render sample, which I always keep on normal). If I tone the settings down to minimum (with the exception of a few things like visible character limit, character detail, and render sample), this issue has never occurred. This includes during massive zerg fights in WvW and large world boss encounters.
I don’t believe the difficulties experienced in GW2 is proof enough to conclude the GPU is defective. I have a suspicion that it’s something to do with the Nvidia drivers rather than something wrong with the GPU itself. In the past, this issue was actually a bit more severe (i.e. would crash more frequently), but updating the driver version made it behave like it does now (less severe, but still encounters problems).
Regardless, if you haven’t tried dropping your settings down, you might try that. I haven’t spent time tweaking each one to find if it’s only a few settings that inevitably cause the issue, but I never encounter this problem when I crank almost all of them down (which is generally a good idea to do for massive zerg content anyways).
For reference, my driver version is 335.23.

This is most likely caused by the driver. Happened a lot to me on some driver versions.
Your same problem has been happening to a friend a few days ago and the driver version was something similar to yours.
Remove all nvidia components, reboot the computer and perform a custom installation of the drivers.
I usually go like this:
Uninstall PhysX Software
Uninstall HD Audio Drivers (and reboot as requested)
Uninstall Graphics Drivers (and reboot as requested “again”)
Install new drivers and choose custom installation:
Custom installation I only choose: Graphics Drivers, HD Audio and PhysX
And don’t forget to tick the “Perform Clean Installation” box.
The last drivers I used were version 332.21 and (as of 2 days ago) 337.88
Hope this helps.
As a rule of thumb I dislike auto updating and with nvidia’s case of hit or miss drivers be very cautious.
