Tried installing and installer keeps crashing and I get this error, I don’t know what to do

here’s the file for what the error is, thanks in advance!

I am getting a similar error on mine as well. Can someone recommend a fix or advise what to do please.

I got the connection error at first but I managed to fix that by allowing the TCP ports 80, 443, 6112 and port 6600 to allow incoming and outgoing connections, have you tried this?
