Both systems are about even in everything except the CPU and GPU, would love any info about not only GW2 preformance but also rendering pic/vid with Sony vegas and general stuff.

System 2 hands down.

Question though.

What do you do most in GW2?

Do you PVE mostly or PVP/WvW ?

if you PVE do u do alot of big events ?

System 2 will run the game better but both systems will see quite a bit of fps drops in large battles/events.

Quad core AMD is similar to Duel core Intel but with lower per core performance which is why I would say System 2 would average higher frame rates.

Typeless.

In that case nether of those systems will run well for things you want to do.

WvW requirs a really beafy CPU to play without droping below 30 fps.

You need atleast a i5 3570k or 2550k OC’d to around 4.5ghz to not drop below 30fps in WvW not matter what grpahcis setitngs u use.

And the only AMD that comes close. .but will still ldrop below 30 fps . is the FX 8350.

I understand these systems are not High-end, but I’m a student :) so these are the best I can afford right now , and it shouldn’t be that bad because my current specs are:
Ram- 4 GB
GPU- GTS 250, 512 mb
CPU- AMD Atholon™ II X4 640 3 Ghz
and its playable with these specs with med settings in PVE solo is over 60 fps(capped) in DE’s usually 35-50 depends on the place and in WvW hangs around 30 I’m just looking for a small upgrade and couldn’t decide on those two systems.
So from this feedback the second system is what I’m leaning towards.

While we are at it, a special deal came along(holidays), it costs more ofc. but it is affordable
CPU-AMD FX-4100 4-core 3.6GHz 12M AM3+ 95W
Motherboard- GIGA-BYTE AMD 760G/SB710 SAM3+ MATX
Ram- 4GB 1333MHZ DDR3 CL9 DIMM KINGSTON
Hard drive- WD CAVIAR BLUE 1TB 3.5" SATA3 7200RPM 64MB
GPU -GIGA-BYTE GTX660 2GB GDDR5
Power supply- Fortron 500W (85PLUS) 12CM SILENT
The most noticable change is the GPU clearly better than System Nr.1 and Nr.2
But it has the CPU from Nr.1 so is it worth missing out on the i3 for the better GPU?
EDIT: For Gw2 it probably does not matter so much (Still CPU intensive) but for general gaming.

Give us a Budget price and we could recommend the parts. All you need to do is put it together ..which is easy nowerdays ..its like Lego bassicaly :P

Arround 800 bucks

EDIT: However, the main thing I only need now is to know about the 2 CPU’s, I get that the i3 is better but I hope its only slightly better. :P
Trust me if I could I would build my own, its like restoring a car just can’t buy the same feeling. But there are a few details I left out which are not relevant and are why I can’t build my own.(Silly I know but that’s how it is)
Thanks you for the help though I appreciate it

Hmm ok so has ot be premade then.

Are u able to buy from Newegg .. im not form the US so i dont know anywhere else people usualy buy from ..but anyway i’ve searched newegg and found these that i woud recommend.

If you can stretch to $900 then i sugest the following. Its on sale aswell, its usualy $1k.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227453

If not then for $800 this next one should do fine .. the GPU is a 650 non Ti which is shame . would have been better iwht a Ti ..but it should still handle GW2.

Unfortunately they do not ship to my region but I got the general idea of what I should buy, still wish I could build it myself but oh well maybe I will replace some parts next year.

Go with the intel i3 system the fx 4100 is junk for gaming. The older phenom series are better but still crap for wvw.
