Guild Wars 2

Hi

I started to update my GW2 client and all of a sudden my pc locks up and becomes unresponsive. So i have to restart the PC, only to find out there’s 230,000 files i have to download and also a ‘repairing archive’ box poped up. After some research i believe my GW2 is corrupted due to the PC crash, but why do i have to re download everything? cant it just validate the files and see which ones need to be fixed?

I have exact same problem except i have about 260,000 -.-…
I hope there is a solution from Anet because i can’t download that much as i have download limit.

yeah and the old .dat file is located near the binary.. i would like to know a way to fix it PLEASE SOM1
