I installed GW2 on my new PC at least I’m trying to do as every time I close the patcher it will start downloading all over again. Yesterday I let my PC run for Day and night to fully download it, when it finished I turned computer off and went to sleep, today ran it again and…booom 0%, and downloading AGAIN, all the files are there it’s just the patcher not seeing them. I don’t know what to do as every time i turn it on it starts the download all over again. I bought the game MONTHS ago and I still can’t play it, I send over 5 messages to support but they already got my money so….why do they care.

Hi Shayd – Sorry to hear you’re having so much trouble with the installation. And that’s unusual that you wouldn’t receive a response after 5 messages. What’s your ticket number? I can check this out for you and see what’s going on with that.

Hi Shayd – If there’s no ticket number, it sounds like you submitted crash reports which go directly to the QA and Development teams, so customer support wouldn’t see these and so you wouldn’t receive a response, but that’s not to say that they go unseen.

From what you’ve described, this does sound like an isolated issue. Can you please tell me where you have Guild Wars 2 installed to and where you’re running the executable from?

It’s not installed I can’t install it, I run patcher from desktop and it install by default in program files, Or at least ’’Installs’’ because doesn’t matter if it finishes or not, next time I run it it starts from 0%
