Not sure if it was last night’s patch or the night before. Had this issue in BWE3, but not the stress tests and not since launch.

Basically, my frame rate gradually degrades to be constantly stuttery. It fixes (even in the exact same area) for awhile after minimizing out and coming back in, or restarting the game, or even changing a graphics setting that requires a screen ‘refresh.’

Running AMD 6970+6990 in crossfire with i5-2500k 3.7 ghz. Should have no problems crushing the game even maxed out at 2560×1440.

Anyone else noticing this?

Try disabling reflections,this is for me the Only setting that will give me,as you describe stuttering.Its not that my fps drops,it stays about the same but my game just stutters,set to none or terrain + world only.

I don’t know if stuttering was the right word. The FPS is definitely lower, but it gradually gets there and just feels…odd.

Yeah i know what you mean,and dont know if stuttering is the right word but anyway,did you try it ?,best if you stand near the water to see the quality diff between all 3 options and the perf diff.

The thing is I’m not near water when this happens. I could be standing perfectly still.

It applies to wherever you are,i just said it because you can see the difference,in Quality like i said.
