Please Help! Keyboard and Mouse freeze

My keyboard and mouse freezes randomly and its very annoying. I have to force shut down. The game doesnt freeze i its just my mouse and keyboard. Its not lag or anything. My system requirements EXCEEDS the minimum requirements what can i do to fix this???

I also got a similar problem, but only with the mouse. Keyboard seem to always function, but mouse occasionally has lage / blocks for a few seconds here and there… I already tried to change different video configurations, but the problem continues. I would also like to have help…
