So, this problem has been happening for a while.

Whenever, i try to buy gems at the gemstore, it tells me “to please try again later” i go back, and try again 20 to an hour later, and it tells me the same thing. I know i have the funds in my account, so it’s nothing like that. How can i fix this?

Just in case it’s a caching issue, open the %temp% folder and delete all folders that begin with gw2cache.

ArenaNet has had problems in the past with the billing service they use rejecting people. As a workaround, you can try paying through PayPal. Only support will be able to look into the problem further.

Then I turn directly employed I would complain to the management BLTP (black lion trading post) in case of wrong purchase and can not restore things back so I found myself with objects unusable and my gems expenses 1440 gems precise for bank expansion what i cant use cause i have 12 slots certainly because of my mistake and my distraction BTW if I can not use a product please make it invisible to those who can not use it or put option in case of mistake that can give it back and forth I hope that soon anet employees solve this problem because certainly for my distraction I lost 1440 germ and objects that I can not use

Wow….just wow…..

I came here cause my Gem Store display was not working after I did a spybot scan/delete of cache files that it deemed suspicious. My Gem/Gold exchange and Trading Post were displaying fine, but the Gem Store was blank. I followed your advice and deleted the cache folder (dated 3 weeks old) and voila! Gem store is back!
