I’ve bought 2 Ranger Laurel boxes & it won’t let me use either, says the content is disabled. Anyone know any info on this problem?

Currently there is a bug with the Ranger boxes. Normally the boxes only allow you to get items usable by the Ranger profession. In the case of the Ranger, it has been reported that you can get items that are unusable by you. In response to this, ArenaNet disabled the ability to open the boxes until a fix is worked out. The next major patch is next week Tuesday the 26th. If I were you, I’d try opening them after that patch.
