Theres been a few topics on this but no response, and I felt the need to clarify the problem.

In certain cases in which the right mouse button is being held, GW2 will stop reading the RMB as held down and thus stop mouselooking. As you can imagine, this is basically gamebreaking for any content besides the easiest of PvE.

This is NOT a hardware issue. Multiple people have shown this problem occuring on multiple mice. Switch logging on my mouse shows that the mouse isn’t actually losing button contact when the GW2 client stops reading it, and I never get this problem with any other software.

This is apparently occurring often with Logitech and Razer mice.

Its been over half a year with no response on this issue. Even just a heads up would be good at this point, if no actual hotfix is forthcoming.

I know exactly what you’re talking about, I’ve had that problem too and it is extremely annoying up to the point where playing become nigh impossible.

I shouted that too, several times in several threads. Truth is, it IS a hardware issue. I rebound right mouse to a macro key on my Naga, and works pristine. Even in Google Maps my right mouse does weird things.

If I can’t play Guild Wars 2 at work, I won’t work in Guild Wars 2 either.
